The works presented on this website were posted as security for a loan transaction which went into default resulting in the transfer of ownership and possession to my client.

No representations are made concerning the value of the works presented on this website.  For information purposes only information is presented from an appraisal report prepared February 2, 2008 by Edward N. Okil, who describes himself as a certified senior appraiser with "National Institute of Appraisers," 73450 Country Club Dr. #181, Palm Desert, California 92260 (800-676-2148).  A copy of his appraisal report is available upon request.  The stated purpose of the appraisal was to secure insurance coverage.  The stated object of the appraisal was to determine fair market value.

Presented on this website is the entire collection of 20 paintings recovered by my client.  The owner of the paintings welcomes reasonable offers to purchase the paintings individually or as a group.  All reasonable offers will be considered.  Please tender offers to:
